Trinance Pro and Premium
What the plans include, how to subscribe, restore, change and cancel, and how plans work across devices.

Linked banks update on their own while Trinance is open, as often as you like. Instant refreshes are extra, on-demand checks with your bank. See Instant refresh.
The App Store shows the price in your currency before you subscribe.
Subscribe on iPhone
- Sign in to your Trinance account. A plan belongs to your account, so you need one first. The plans screen offers Sign in to subscribe if you aren't.
- Open the plans screen: tap See plans on the Bank sync card on the Accounts tab, or Upgrade in More → Trinance account.
- Choose Yearly or Monthly, then Pro or Premium.
- Tap Subscribe and confirm with Apple.
Payment goes through your Apple Account. When it's done you'll see You're subscribed, and bank sync and the assistant unlock straight away. Occasionally it takes a moment to reach your account; Trinance shows that it's syncing and unlocks by itself.
One plan, every device
Your plan belongs to your Trinance account, not to one device. Sign in with the same email on another iPhone, or in another profile, and your plan works there too.
If your plan is billed through Trinance for Windows, it works on iPhone as well. The plans screen tells you it's billed there and that you manage it in the Windows app. In the same way, if Trinance sees you're already paying through Trinance for Windows, it won't let you pay twice by accident.
Restore purchases
Paid, but your plan isn't showing? On the plans screen, tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Trinance account you subscribed with.
If Trinance says the plan belongs to a different Trinance account, sign in with that account's email instead. An App Store subscription can only belong to one Trinance account.
Change plan
In More → Trinance account, tap Change plan. Moving up to Premium starts straight away and the App Store credits what's left of your current plan. Moving from Premium to Pro starts at your next renewal.
Cancel
- Open your iPhone's Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Trinance.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also tap Manage subscription in More → Trinance account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, linked banks pause and AI turns off, but everything on your iPhone keeps working, including the transactions bank sync already brought in.
Deleting Trinance, or deleting your Trinance account, doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings.
Refunds
Apple handles payments made on iPhone, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
