Deleting your account or data
Delete your Trinance account, a profile, or everything, and what happens to each.
Delete your Trinance account
- Go to More → Trinance account.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
- Read what's deleted, type your email to confirm, and tap Delete account forever.
What's deleted: your Trinance account and its sign-in on every device, and your linked banks, which are disconnected from bank sync. A plan billed outside the App Store is ended so it won't renew.
What stays: everything in your profiles on your iPhone, including accounts, transactions, budgets and goals.
App Store subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel them. Cancel first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trinance. The delete screen has a button that takes you there.
This can't be undone. You can create a new account later with the same email, but it starts fresh.
Delete a profile
- Open the profile you want to delete.
- Go to More → Settings and, under Danger zone, tap Delete this profile.
- Type the profile's name to confirm, and enter its passcode if it has one.
- Tap Delete profile forever.
Every account, transaction, bill, goal and setting in that profile is erased from your iPhone. Your other profiles aren't touched. Want a copy first? Use Back up this profile.
Delete everything
Deleting Trinance from your iPhone erases every profile on it. It doesn't delete your Trinance account or cancel a subscription; do those separately as above.
